1. Payment Structure

All payments on Hypersift are one-time payments for interview credits. We do not operate on a subscription model.

2. Interview Credit Refunds

If you encounter technical issues or problems during an AI interview session that significantly impact your experience, please email support@hypersift.ai within 24 hours of the incident to request a refund of your interview credits. Our support team will review your case and process eligible refunds.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed for:

  • Technical issues that prevent the interview from being completed
  • Service unavailability during your scheduled time
  • AI system malfunctions that significantly impact the interview quality

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email support@hypersift.ai with the following information:

  • Your account email
  • Date and time of the interview
  • Description of the issue encountered
  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages

Refunds are typically reviewed within 5-7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
